Tea/ Coffee
Feel very tired and easy to doze off? Let's get a cup of coffee then will be all right. Most of people who lack of energy are doing this way. But too much consumption of coffee(eg.5 cups a day) may cause the loss of Calciums, then we will feel somewhere ache and 'sour'. Anyway, Tea is better than Coffee.

Overweight
Being overweight is not only you are not look good, smart on the apperance. But the problems are those fats storing in your body will lead to Type II Diabetes, Heart Disease, Sleep apnea, Osteoarthritis plus other health difficulties. Osteoarthritis is another health risk of being overweight.

Cancer is one of the foremost causes of death in the United States, and is frequently a result from fat cells that affect cell growth and multiply beyond capacity.

Stress
Stress in school, on works? Stress can lead to the top and take full advantage of its performance and welfare. In excess, however, can weaken the heart, memory and mental clarity, and increase your risk of chronic diseases.

Sweet/Snacks
Are you the kind must have some sweet or snacks while watching tv or movie?
1) Often snacks are rich in saturated fats and sodium which contributes to weight gain, obesity, chronic cardiac disease, hypertension and diabetes mellitus.

2) Snacks make you satiated so that consumption at meal times is low. This results in less consumption of healthy nutritious food.

3) It has something of a positive feedback effect. The more snacks you eat (especially those rich in simple sugars), the more you crave them. The more you crave them, the more you consume. Hence, the health risks become very prominent when increasing amounts of snacks are consumed.

4) Snacks are also budget extensive. Many people spend a lot on empty calories from snacks that they can save if they have a healthy meal at home.

Smoking
Smoking habit is not good for health. Although many people understand the risk of smoking, but deliberately can't resist it. It may lead to Lung Cancer, Heart Disease and also stained your teeth( a girl with yellowish stain teeth and smile to you guys, do you like her? hehe)

Alcohol
Need to entertain you client due to work? Or drink because of stress and trouble?
In large quantities, or in excess, the consequences may be terrible; Stroke, Pregnancy Problems, Car Accidents, Sudden death in case of cardiovascular problems and etc.

Try to minimize these unhealthy activities to improve a better life.
